  1. Board of Trustees
    Oversees the overall governance, strategic direction, and financial oversight of the association. The board ensures that the association adheres to its mission, values, and legal requirements.

  1. Executive Officers
    Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the association. They implement policies, organize activities, and engage the community.

Key Positions:

President: The chief executive officer of the association, responsible for leadership and representing the association to the broader community.

Vice President: Assists the president and may stand in for them when needed.

General Secretary: Responsible for maintaining records, correspondence, and minutes of meetings.

Assistant Secretary: Assists the General Secretary and may take on specific administrative duties.

Treasurer: Manages the association’s finances, including collecting dues, managing the budget, and reporting on financial status.

Public Relations Officer (PRO): Handles communications, public outreach, and advocacy, representing the association in the media or with external organizations.

Social Director: Responsible for planning and organizing cultural events, festivals, and initiatives that promote Urhobo heritage. Focuses on the well-being of members, including organizing charity events and supporting community welfare initiatives.

Provost: Enforcement of order and protocol during meeting, ceremonies and any function, report and communicate breach in protocol.

Student Members: Members who have study status and are actively attend study but want to participate in everything without any financial commitment.
